// your role /

<multi-disciplined> As a multi-disciplined creative with a clear focus on development and management of multimedia content, your role is to support one or several project teams in creating brilliant, engaging, innovative and carefully crafted content work. You use your exceptional creative, web and social management and storytelling skills to shape and present world-class creative.


// You are responsible for:/

  • Exploring, curate and developing stories, web content, social medial posts whether through script, storyboard, images, articles, videos or infographs.

  • Develop content map for each initiative, execute it and manage the implementation respectively.

  • Maintain a content publishing calendar for each of the digital channels.

  • Manage and administer social media channels and the websites.

  • Actively engage and activate online audiences on all social media channels and website.

  • Continuously discovering new tools, processes and ideas, adding to the breadth and diversity of creative development.

  • Manage the website of different initiatives on daily basis by continuously maintaining content, design, search engine optimisation to enhance and improve the digital presence.

  • Generate and analyse reports on insights, web traffic, engagement patterns and other key performance indicators using Google Analytics and other tools.

  • Making smart connections between clients needs and content possibilities and between static and moving design elements

  • Managing your own time, meeting deadlines and advising on planning projects

  • Promoting and being a crucial part of company culture and values


// You should:/

  • a Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, marketing, social media, or communication.

  • have experience in writing features for the website and developing compelling content to generate response from audiences online.

  • demonstrated experience in maintaining social media accounts; knowledge and understanding of local and global digital landscape and trends.

  • have experience managing multiple priorities, while working under strict deadlines.

  • be fully proficient in English and Arabic with expertise in writing skills.

  • understand what makes content engaging and successful across formats and audiences

  • be meticulous about your work, from initial concepts through to the small details

  • be an Innovator - always keen to explore and share new content ideas and story angles

  • be keen to understand and deepen the relationship between content and brand, UI, experience design and sound

  • have passion for marketing, healthcare, food and technology topics.

  • Be imaginative - you generate original ideas favouring solutions. You should develop concepts that focus on the route cause and create a clear vision.

  • Explore the world- you analyse information, ask probing questions and having a passion for finding solutions. You understand the logic behind arguments and ensure you have established all the relevant facts behind them.
